It also sets out <strong>clear priorities for further action<\/strong> where more needs to be done.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ecl-list-illustration__item  ecl-list-illustration__item--is-last\">\n<div class=\"ecl-list-illustration__item-content\">\n<div class=\"ecl-list-illustration__detail\">\n<div class=\"ecl-list-illustration__description\">\n<div class=\"ecl\">\n<p>It helps Europe better <strong>anticipate and manage structural change<\/strong>, so it can make the <strong>most of the opportunities<\/strong> created by the EU\u2019s ongoing transformations and ensure that Europe\u2019s social model continues to deliver <strong>fairness and prosperity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecl\">\n<p>The Communication confirms the EU&rsquo;s commitment to implementing the Pillar and highlights <strong>3 priority areas for upcoming
