Dans ce contexte, l\u2019acc\u00e8s effectif aux droits demeure une priorit\u00e9 des pouvoirs publics, en particulier pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, les personnes en situation de handicap et leurs aidants. Les MDPH sont identifi\u00e9es comme des acteurs centraux du dispositif, confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une hausse continue des sollicitations. L\u2019enjeu principal pour la politique publique r\u00e9side dans l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019organisation territoriale et des moyens de la branche Autonomie afin de garantir l\u2019effectivit\u00e9
