Cette enveloppe est d\u00e9di\u00e9e au soutien d\u2019initiatives visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s, le maintien et l\u2019\u00e9volution dans l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 accompagner les employeurs dans la prise en compte du handicap au travail.<\/p>\n
Cette action s\u2019inscrit dans les th\u00e9matiques centrales d\u2019intervention de l\u2019Agefiph : construction de projets professionnels, formation, recherche d\u2019emploi, cr\u00e9ation ou reprise d\u2019entreprise, respect des obligations d\u2019emploi de travailleurs handicap\u00e9s, sensibilisation au handicap, recrutement et int\u00e9gration, adaptation des postes de travail et compensation du handicap, reconnaissance administrative du handicap, et recours \u00e0 la sous-traitance aupr\u00e8s du secteur prot\u00e9g\u00e9 ou adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n
