L\u2019Agence nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du m\u00e9dicament et des produits de sant\u00e9 (ANSM) annonce une d\u00e9cision en date du 23 juillet 2026, publi\u00e9e le 4 ao\u00fbt 2026, modifiant le r\u00e9pertoire des groupes g\u00e9n\u00e9riques mentionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019article R. 5121-5 du Code de la sant\u00e9 publique. Cette d\u00e9cision porte sur l\u2019inscription et\/ou la modification de groupes de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s pharmaceutiques g\u00e9n\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n

Depuis le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2016-183 du 23 f\u00e9vrier 2016 (Journal officiel du 25 f\u00e9vrier 2016), la publication officielle des d\u00e9cisions d\u2019inscription ou de modification du r\u00e9pertoire des groupes g\u00e9n\u00e9riques est effectu\u00e9e uniquement sur le site internet de l\u2019ANSM, en remplacement de la publication au Journal officiel. L\u2019ANSM pr\u00e9cise que la substitution des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s par leurs g\u00e9n\u00e9riques ne doit intervenir qu\u2019apr\u00e8s cette publication en ligne.<\/p>\n
