L\u2019Agence nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du m\u00e9dicament et des produits de sant\u00e9 (ANSM) annonce la publication, le 4 ao\u00fbt 2026, d\u2019une d\u00e9cision en date du 24 juillet 2026 modifiant le registre des groupes hybrides mentionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019article L. 5121-10 du code de la sant\u00e9 publique. Ce registre recense les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s pharmaceutiques class\u00e9es dans les cat\u00e9gories de m\u00e9dicaments d\u00e9finies par arr\u00eat\u00e9s pris sur le fondement de cet article. Il pr\u00e9cise \u00e9galement, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article L. 5125-23 II du m\u00eame code, les situations m\u00e9dicales dans lesquelles le pharmacien est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la substitution au sein d\u2019un groupe hybride.<\/p>\n
La d\u00e9cision du 24 juillet 2026 a pour objet d\u2019actualiser ce registre, sans que le contenu d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des modifications ne soit pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la notice. L\u2019ANSM met \u00e0 disposition, via des liens d\u00e9di\u00e9s, \u00e0 la fois le texte de la d\u00e9cision et la version \u00e0 jour du registre des groupes hybrides. Cette \u00e9volution rel\u00e8ve du cadre national fran\u00e7ais et s\u2019inscrit dans la r\u00e9gulation des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s pharmaceutiques et de la substitution par les pharmaciens, sans
