\u00c0 compter du 1er janvier 2027, la Haute Autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 (HAS) utilisera le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de certification v2027 pour \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des soins lors des visites de certification des \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9. Jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026, le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel v2025 demeure applicable. Les deux versions du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel (v2025 et v2027), ainsi qu\u2019un document comparatif entre ces versions, sont mis \u00e0 disposition sur le site de la HAS, dans la rubrique \u00ab Mettre en \u0153uvre le 6\u00e8me cycle de certification \u00bb. Des fiches p\u00e9dagogiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9es sur la base du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel 2027 : certaines sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en ligne, les autres devant \u00eatre publi\u00e9es d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019OM\u00e9DIT \u00cele-de-France a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un fichier comparatif tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels 2025 et 2027, en format Excel, couvrant chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019\u00e9valuation.
