L\u2019Agence nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du m\u00e9dicament et des produits de sant\u00e9 (ANSM) a publi\u00e9 le 24 ao\u00fbt 2026 une d\u00e9cision modifiant l\u2019injonction n\u00b0 2026-OTC-001-INJ du 29 avril 2026 adress\u00e9e \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Novomedics France, \u00e9tablie \u00e0 Metz (Moselle), 4 rue Lafayette. Cette modification intervient \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un recours gracieux d\u00e9pos\u00e9 le 25 juin 2026 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, portant sur certains points de l\u2019injonction initiale.<\/p>\n
En application des articles L. 5311-1, L. 5312-4-3 et L. 5313-1 du code de la sant\u00e9 publique, l\u2019ANSM pr\u00e9cise d\u00e9sormais, au point 4 de l\u2019injonction, que Novomedics France doit mettre en place, avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026 et en tout \u00e9tat de cause avant la mise en \u0153uvre effective de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9paration r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en sous-traitance, un syst\u00e8me d\u2019encadrement de cette activit\u00e9 conforme aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur. La d\u00e9cision est sign\u00e9e \u00e0 Saint-Denis le 19 ao\u00fbt 2026 par le directeur de la direction de l\u2019inspection de l\u2019ANSM, Guillaume Renaud. Cette mesure concerne le contr\u00f4le des activit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9paration de produits de sant\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en sous-traitance et vise au respect du cadre r\u00e9glementaire applicable
