\u200bDans les comt\u00e9s de Meru et de Nyeri au Kenya, des producteurs de caf\u00e9 et des acteurs locaux ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019un renforcement de leurs capacit\u00e9s pour identifier et pr\u00e9venir les risques en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de sant\u00e9 au travail. Cette action s\u2019appuie sur la m\u00e9thodologie participative WIND (Work Improvement in Neighbourhood Development) d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par l\u2019Organisation internationale du Travail (OIT), qui vise l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail au niveau local. L\u2019initiative s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet ACCEL Africa, financ\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res du Royaume des Pays-Bas. Elle illustre une approche de pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels ciblant les cha\u00eenes de valeur agricoles, reposant sur la formation directe des producteurs et l\u2019implication des acteurs locaux.
