Elle constate que cette croissance importante s\u2019est accompagn\u00e9e du maintien de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre financier de la structure. La Cour souligne toutefois que cette \u00e9volution rend n\u00e9cessaire une adaptation de la gouvernance de l\u2019association et la d\u00e9finition d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie territoriale claire. Elle recommande ainsi un ajustement des modalit\u00e9s de pilotage et d\u2019organisation, afin de mieux encadrer le d\u00e9veloppement futur et l\u2019implantation sur les territoires.
