Un nouvel outil de sensibilisation aux enjeux de d\u00e9veloppement durable appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Plan Health Faire \u00bb (PHF), est mis \u00e0 disposition des acteurs du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. Il prend la forme d\u2019un atelier collaboratif visant \u00e0 favoriser le passage \u00e0 l\u2019action au sein des structures de sant\u00e9, la reconfiguration des pratiques professionnelles et la contribution \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise des risques environnementaux, climatiques, soci\u00e9taux et sanitaires.<\/p>\n
Un site internet d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 Plan Health Faire vient d\u2019\u00eatre ouvert. Con\u00e7u par l\u2019Assistance publique \u2013 H\u00f4pitaux de Paris (AP-HP) et l\u2019OMEDIT \u00cele-de-France, en collaboration avec les co\u2011cr\u00e9ateurs et animateurs de PHF, ce site s\u2019adresse \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la sant\u00e9. Il permet : de consulter la pr\u00e9sentation de Plan Health Faire (objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques, d\u00e9roul\u00e9 des modules, informations pratiques) ; de s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 un atelier ou d\u2019y inscrire ses \u00e9quipes ; de devenir animateur Plan Health Faire ; et, pour les animateurs et animatrices, d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 donnant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des ressources p\u00e9dagogiques, \u00e0 un espace d\u2019\u00e9changes au sein d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 d\u2019animateurs et \u00e0 un module de saisie d\u2019indicateurs de suivi.\u00a0(contenu
