L\u2019Agence nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du m\u00e9dicament et des produits de sant\u00e9 (ANSM) annonce une d\u00e9cision en date du 2 octobre 2026 modifiant le r\u00e9pertoire des groupes g\u00e9n\u00e9riques mentionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019article R. 5121-5 du Code de la sant\u00e9 publique. Cette d\u00e9cision, publi\u00e9e le 6 octobre 2026 sur le site de l\u2019ANSM, porte sur l\u2019inscription ou la modification de groupes de m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques dans ce r\u00e9pertoire.<\/p>\n

Conform\u00e9ment au d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2016-183 du 23 f\u00e9vrier 2016 (Journal officiel du 25 f\u00e9vrier 2016), la publication sur le site internet de l\u2019ANSM se substitue \u00e0 la publication au Journal officiel pour ce type de d\u00e9cisions. Il est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la substitution par les pharmaciens des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9riques concern\u00e9es ne doit intervenir qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la publication de la d\u00e9cision sur le site de l\u2019ANSM.<\/p>\n

Les agents publics int\u00e9ress\u00e9s peuvent t\u00e9l\u00e9charger la d\u00e9cision du 2 octobre 2026 relative aux m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques et consulter le r\u00e9pertoire actualis\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques sur le site de l\u2019ANSM.
