En application des dispositions du code de la sant\u00e9 publique (articles L. 1432-3 et D. 1432-15 \u00e0 D. 1432-17), il proc\u00e8de \u00e0 la nomination de repr\u00e9sentants d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par une organisation syndicale de salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
Au titre du I, 2\u00b0 a) de l\u2019article D. 1432-15, sont ainsi nomm\u00e9s au conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019ARS Bretagne : Gabriel Crusson en qualit\u00e9 de membre titulaire et Florence Corrin en qualit\u00e9 de membre suppl\u00e9ant, d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du travail (CGT). La secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des minist\u00e8res charg\u00e9s des affaires sociales est charg\u00e9e de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de cet arr\u00eat\u00e9, qui doit \u00eatre publi\u00e9 au Bulletin officiel Sant\u00e9 – Protection sociale – Solidarit\u00e9s.
