Cette liste concerne notamment les m\u00e9dicaments pouvant faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une r\u00e9trocession par les pharmacies \u00e0 usage int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>La modification consiste \u00e0 ajouter, dans la cat\u00e9gorie des \u00ab m\u00e9dicaments b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une autorisation d\u2019importation \u00bb, la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 suivante : \u00ab Oxibato s\u00f3dico Sala 500 mg\/ml, soluci\u00f3n oral EFG \u00bb, exploit\u00e9e par les Laboratoires Forte Pharma. La d\u00e9cision se fonde sur les articles L. 5126-6, R. 5126-58 et R. 5126-59 du code de la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision est publi\u00e9e sur le site internet de l\u2019ANSM. Elle pr\u00e9cise uniquement l\u2019ajout de cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 \u00e0 la liste de r\u00e9trocession, sans autre information sur les indications th\u00e9rapeutiques, les conditions de prise en
