Elle souhaite \u00e9tendre son panel d\u2019usagers consult\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Ce panel a pour objectif de produire des retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience structur\u00e9s sur l\u2019usage des services publics et d\u2019identifier les attentes prioritaires, afin d\u2019orienter la conception et l\u2019adaptation des dispositifs et d\u00e9marches administratives. L\u2019initiative concerne l\u2019ensemble des services publics, avec un impact potentiel sur les politiques de sant\u00e9, de solidarit\u00e9, de travail, d\u2019emploi et de protection sociale, dans la mesure o\u00f9 les avis recueillis peuvent contribuer \u00e0 ajuster les parcours usagers, r\u00e9duire la complexit\u00e9 des d\u00e9marches et am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des droits.
