La circulaire Un\u00e9dic n\u00b0 2026-06 pr\u00e9sente la r\u00e9glementation d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage d\u00e9coulant de la convention du 15 novembre 2024 relative \u00e0 l\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage, telle que modifi\u00e9e par l\u2019avenant n\u00b0 2 du 10 avril 2026. Elle pr\u00e9cise en particulier les \u00e9volutions concernant l\u2019indemnisation \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une rupture conventionnelle individuelle. Les nouvelles dur\u00e9es maximales d\u2019indemnisation, fix\u00e9es \u00e0 15 ou 20,5 mois, s\u2019appliquent aux salari\u00e9s dont la fin de contrat de travail r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une rupture conventionnelle individuelle conclue \u00e0 compter du 1er septembre 2026.
