La Facult\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9ducation et de Formation (FacEF) de l\u2019Institut Catholique de Paris (ICP) a restructur\u00e9 son cycle d\u2019\u00e9tudes doctorales depuis six ans. L\u2019originalit\u00e9 de la formation doctorale r\u00e9side dans son organisation. Les doctorant\u00b7es ont des rythmes r\u00e9guliers de formation de deux jours par mois. Bien plus qu\u2019une simple formation de 3\u00e8me cycle, le doctorat prend appui sur un compagnonnage \u00e0 la recherche, attach\u00e9 \u00e0 conduire \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans la recherche aussi bien qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une socialisation et une \u00e9thique de chercheur. Nous \u00e9mettons l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que les doctorant\u00b7es qui suivent cette formation se retrouvent, par leur engagement dans le processus de la recherche, capables de travailler avec les incertitudes et de d\u00e9passer les vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au m\u00e9tier.
