Le 2 juin 2026, l\u2019Unaf a organis\u00e9 un 1er<\/sup> webinaire d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux Repr\u00e9sentants familiaux si\u00e9geant en CCAS\/CIAS, qui a r\u00e9uni une centaine de participants.<\/p>\n

Ce webinaire \u00ab\u00a0Etre repr\u00e9sentant en CCAS-CIAS\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 co anim\u00e9 par Jean-Philippe Vallat, en charge de la Direction des politiques familiales et des services aux familles \u00e0 l\u2019Unaf et B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Vital, charg\u00e9e de mission sur la repr\u00e9sentation familiale.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re s\u00e9quence de cette rencontre, bas\u00e9e sur le nouveau GUIDE DU REPRESENTANT FAMILIAL CCAS\/CIAS<\/a>, avait pour objet une pr\u00e9sentation du r\u00e9seau Udaf, Unaf, Uraf, et la pr\u00e9sentation du r\u00f4le et de la place du repr\u00e9sentant familial conform\u00e9ment au Code de l\u2019action sociale et des familles. Pour rappel, ce guide pr\u00e9sente, en rapport avec les domaines de l\u2019action sociale des CCAS et CIAS, les positions qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9fendues et les actions \u00e0 mener par le repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019Udaf. Une mine d\u2019informations \u00e0 avoir toujours sur soi lors des r\u00e9unions du Conseil d\u2019administration.<\/em><\/p>\n

Un second temps fut consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation des orientations du r\u00e9seau pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des familles en d\u00e9veloppant les sujets prioritaires de politique familiale port\u00e9s par notre r\u00e9seau : l\u2019accueil de la petite enfance, la parentalit\u00e9, les aidants et la perte d\u2019autonomie, le logement, la solidarit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n

A la suite de cette pr\u00e9sentation, un temps d\u2019\u00e9changes a permis aux repr\u00e9sentants familiaux CCAS\/CIAS d\u2019exprimer leurs interrogations.<\/p>\n
