Au vu des donn\u00e9es scientifiques publi\u00e9es et afin de mettre \u00e0 jour ce parcours de soins, il est pr\u00e9vu d\u2019\u00e9laborer dans un premier temps des recommandations de bonnes pratiques relatives aux strat\u00e9gies m\u00e9dicamenteuses pour prendre en compte les \u00e9volutions th\u00e9rapeutiques pour aider les professionnels de sant\u00e9, et notamment les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes dans la prise en charge et le suivi de ces patients.
