Presented alongside the EU Anti-Poverty Strategy and as a follow-up to the European Affordable Housing Plan, the proposal aims to support Member States, regions and cities in developing integrated, people-centred and housing-led approaches to prevent housing exclusion and homelessness, while promoting access to social and affordable housing.
